Sacha is a bold boy who would easily be the leader of the team if there was a leader ! He is always motivated (except when he’s too hungry) and never gives up, he uses of all his forces to carry through each of the Daybreaks mission. According to Heassan, he’s the one of the group who controls his powers the best and most quickly, which makes him the strongest “part” of the team. He’s determined and can always encourage his group when they lose hope.
At a very young age, he met Sarha and quickly became his best friend. He’ll teach her how to never give up - and gives Sarha her motto “Makenai” (Never give up), that will also become the team's motto. When they meet the Daybreaks, Sacha makes it his responsability to bring Sarha (and himself) back home. He’s very protective with her.

Tai also have the abilities of a leader, which makes him and Sacha a bit “rivals” when it comes to decisions for the group. They often have opposite points of views. Their very first mission will be to get along together. They’ll soon realize they have more in common than they have differences, and become good friends.
Sacha has lots of respect for Link, who is the other strongest part of the team. He think of him as a wise person and listen to his advices.
He also listen to Izzy a lot. He’s the first to really give him the credits he deserves for being the smartest part of the team.

Sacha controls Thunder, a very powerful element that Sacha masters very fastly, and uses with strength. Without his element, he fights using his fists mostly.

Satoshi, Sacha for friends, was born in Masara Town, the 2nd of February of the year 1987. He lives with his mother, Hanako. His father left home when he was less than a year old, so he doesn't remember him and he doesn't miss him, even though he confessed to Sarha sometimes that he dreamed of what his father could be. He imagined him as a traveller, a brave man living to help others. Without noticing, Sacha grew up as the man he dreamed his father would be. But we're far from that, and Sacha is just a kid. He's very young when his mother accepts to babysit the new girl in town, the quiet, shy girl who never wants to play with him. But Sacha is cheerful and never gives up, he tries over and over again to make her smile. The new girl, Sasuka, doesn't want to stay with him and his mother, she runs away, and get lost in the forest, in the middle of winter. Sacha and his mother are calling her but she won't respond. Yet Sacha finds her, she's cold, so he give her his coat. "Leave me," she says "I don't want to be with you." He's cold, but tries not to tremble. "Who would you rather be with ?" "My dad." she tries to hold a cry, but can't. He tells her to be strong, "I'm so cold." she cries, and falls on her knees. "Hey," Sacha catches her "Don't give up", he says, "Never !". She looks at him, his eyes shows how much he means each word. "I... will" she finally says "I'll be strong. And I'll... never give up."
"MAKENAI". 

Sacha gives Sasuka the nickname "Sarha". They both become great friends, and they share a lot. They share dreams and hopes. But also games and lots of fun. Sarha become strong, but Sacha always feels the need to protect her, and always will, at any cost. The more they grow up together, the closer they are. 
They both become friends with a man who once was a Ranger. He knows a lot about the world, and it's their dream to walk around the world one day, so in waiting, they spend lots of time with this man : Tsugami. They don't know that Tsugami is in fact the man who travelled through worlds to bring Sarha in Masara Town. He's also the one who send them in Agai Sekata, where they'll meet the other members of the Daybreak team.
When Sacha wakes up in Agai Sekata, he soon meet Tai. Both of them have to agree and work together to get out of trouble, but they just can't agree on anything. A sort of "rivarly" is born between the two. They have different points of view and are not willing to listen to each other. But they will have to if they want to get out of there and finally be reunited with the others.

Eventually the two boys manage to work together, and they'll find Sarha and Link, and later Izzy. 

The Daybreaks are told to find Kin and stop him, for he is the one who shut their worlds down. They don't know it's a lie and fight him. Kin has no choice but to send them back to their worlds, and for that, they have to "die" in Kin's world. When Sacha gets killed by Kin, he shares his last words with Sarha, and tells her how much he cares about her. He's then sent back to Masara Town.
