Daybreak

The Story of Daybreak

Daybreak was born in 1999.
I always was a dreamer, and I always liked to draw, and write stories. I used to draw and write about Disney movies (The Lion King, etc.). Until the day Sarha was born under my pencil. She looked a lot different, but she already had blue eyes and black/blueish hair. She had a Flareon, named Pyroli (that she still has in her Pokemon version, but that's another story, and another universe). She met Sacha, and then Link, Tai, and Izzy. I started writing about them. Since they were from different universes, I decided they would be worlds travellers. I wrote lots of silly things about them, but hey, I was a kid. (And I still am one.)
On my way, and theirs, I met many people who helped me, who supported me.

In the first version, it was called "Faut Rester Ensemble", meaning "Must Stay Together", and YES, that's a silly name, but then again, I was a kid. And the title came from Hélène Segara's song. Go ahead and look for "Hélène Segara Faut Rester Ensemble" on youtube and you'll see.
It was a lot different. Pyroli (Sarha's Flareon) was there, and she could evolve into a human-ish Flareon, and then go back to normal (I invented Mega-Evolution before Pokemon XY). Also, she could talk. Pikachu was there too. Agumon and Tentomon also.

Then, I met a girl, who became my friend, and loved "FRE". She thought we could write an "after-FRE" where they'd all live in a villa, together. She brought her own characters, and we were writing together. It was all just good fun, but nothing to do with today's Daybreak.

Later, I decided to remake everything. I kept the five characters, and changed everything else. No more Pokemon/Digimon. And they'd control elements. Thunder, Ice, Fire, Earth, Wind.
And the whole story came to me. Kin, Teli, Heassan, everyone, everything became clear.

Also, my story needed a name. And it would be Daybreak.
Not for the song, the song came after, actually !
